Donate

Rare Diseases Ireland does not receive any Government, Department of Health or HSE funding for its work. We rely upon donations, membership fees and sponsorship to support out activities. All donations are greatly appreciated.

If you would like to donate to Rare Diseases Ireland, please:

  • donate using our online donation webform
  • send cheques to us at Rare Diseases Ireland, Carmichael House, North Brunswick Street, Dublin 7, Ireland
  • transfer funds directly to our bank account.

Did you know that if you donate more than €250 to Rare Diseases Ireland in any calendar year, we can claim a tax rebate benefit associated with this gift. Simply download and complete the Annual Certificate – CHY4 Certificate valid for a period of one year or the Enduring Certificate – CHY3 Certificate valid for a period five years. Return the completed form to us and we will do the rest!

Your donation enables RDI to advocate for changes in Government, Department of Health and HSE policy, strategy, planning and implementation on behalf of people living with rare conditions. Your donation allows us to hold those in positions of responsibility to account and to monitor implementation of strategies and operational plans that impact upon the lives of those living with rare diseases.

If you have any questions for us, please don’t hesitate to contact us at advocacy@rdi.ie
